JDH Capital acquired the partially completed project in March 2019. The Development Application approval for the site comprised 27 apartments plus 2 commercial lots.

The project completed in September 2020 with the successful sale of all apartments and retail. Apartment sales broke records in the local Cronulla market at the time.
